Switch to another workspace

Updated October 19, 2026

Move between your workspaces from the account menu, and create one for a Livestorm workspace you manage.

What it’s for

Each workspace here belongs to one Livestorm workspace. When your Livestorm account is a member of several, the account menu lists their workspaces, and you move between them without signing out.

If you manage a Livestorm workspace that has no workspace here yet, the same menu offers to create it.

  1. Open the account menu, from your avatar. Under “Workspaces”, the one you are in is ticked.

  2. Click another workspace. The dashboard reloads in it.

  3. For a Livestorm workspace you manage that has no workspace here yet, the menu shows a row with its name, such as “Create Northwind”. Click it: the workspace is created, with a default brand, and opens.

Good to know

  • The “Workspaces” group appears only when you have another workspace to open or one to create.
  • Your next sign-in in this browser opens the workspace you picked last, even after you sign out.
  • Only someone who manages a Livestorm workspace can create its workspace. Once it exists, its other members find it in their own menu.
  • A new workspace has no event source yet: connect Livestorm from Settings → Integrations to build pages on its events (see “Connect Livestorm”).
  • If the switch fails, the menu says “Could not switch workspaces. Try again.” and you stay in the current workspace.
